Home Extension (Example Tender)

**** PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS ONLY AN EXAMPLE ****

We would be please to invite all Builders to submit a tender for a home extention project.

The extension needs to get through planning permission and building regulations approval from the local council, so the successful builder will have to do this for us.

The dimensions are 24ft long by 12ft wide with a flat roof. Further building specifications can be obtained from us by using the "Send Message" facility.

We look forward to receiving your tender application.

We also need our summer home putting the right way up as it suddenly turned over in a strong wind last summer.(see images)
