Review Guide

• When writing a review please be as factual as possible with constructive content.
• Please state facts that can be substantiated.
• Please ensure that spelling is correct and that the review is in English.
• Your name will be included in any review.
• All reviews are checked and may be edited by the webmaster.
• Should any negative reviews be made the writers email address will be required to enable the company to contact you to resolve any issues that may be contained therein.

The Construction Directory aims to be impartial, and we will not take sides in any dispute between a company and a customer. We will only remove negative reviews in the following circumstances...

• The review is offensive.
• The review posted is libellous, and / or cannot be substantiated.
• The review has been posted under a false name.
• Where the reviewer has never had any dealings with the company.
• We are ordered to remove a review by a legal authority.

Should a company receives a negative review, they have the ability to respond using this review facility, posting their side of the story. Please note that we have implemented many automated checks and controls which help us to identify false, inaccurate and offensive reviews before they even go live.

This review facility is designed to help other potential Customers decided on what resources to use.
